Weather Hi-Def Radar gives you the option to track the weather based on your current location. Your current location on the map can be toggled on, off, or set to follow along as you travel.
How to change current location settings:
The default current location setting in the app is set to Fixed (on). However there are 3 settings for you to choose from and toggle as you wish. Simply tap the arrow icon to switch between settings.
- My Location +: Navigation mode. zooms into street view. the map will always snap back to the current location
- My Location : Current Location mode.
- Free Look Mode - can scan any location on the map
When turned on, Navigation Mode will also display a widget on the map showing a Compass, Speed in MPH, and Altitude. Tapping the blue dot will give you the current conditions for your location, along with hourly and weekly forecasts.
